Ann has been CEO and director of Wave Community Bank since 2016. She has worked in various roles for WCB and helped get its registration over 20 years ago! Ann is an experienced senior manager, working with the board, staff team and volunteers steering WCB towards financial sustainability, and through challenges such as COVID and a cost of living crisis. Ann is passionate about giving ordinary people access to affordable credit and savings options. Ann is also a trustee of a local homelessness charity, Sussex Nightstop and has been a trustee for other charities in Brighton & Hove.
