• Premium: £5.97 per month, lots of handy features for regular use.
• Premium Plus: £9.97 per month, loaded with features & ideal for a main account.

Suits Me Fee Structure from 19th January 2026

Lower fees for most transactions.

A large proportion of Faster Payments and ATM withdrawals are for smaller amounts. Under the new percentage-based model:

• A £10 Faster Payment will reduce from £0.99–£1.49 to £0.10–£0.25 depending on account type.
• A £10 ATM withdrawal will now cost £0.10–£0.25, instead of £1.25–£1.50 depending on account type.

Overall, around 70% of all Faster Payments and ATM withdrawals will be better value for customers.

Improved benefits for Premium

• Premium customers will now receive 2 free ATM withdrawals per month (Premium Plus still includes 4 free ATM withdrawals).
• The Premium monthly fee will increase slightly from £4.97 to £5.97.

What’s changing?

• Higher-value transactions will cost more (e.g., a £100 Faster Payment), but these are less common across the member base.
• To make things clearer, the app will now display the exact fee before a member makes a faster payment, ensuring full transparency.
