Sam joins the board having specialised in complex transformation delivery and Risk over a 30-year career in Financial Services. Sam has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous transformation programmes across the Insurance, Banking, Consumer Finance and Capital Markets sectors in support of new financial regulation, structural reform, portfolio divestment, IPO and post-merger integration activity. Sam has advised several UK Financial Institutions on major regulatory issues relating to FCA enforcement action and led turnaround aspects of two failing UK banks. Alongside her role at Wave is Chair of Governors at a local school and on the Board of a CIC lender. Previously she was on the Board of Kent Savers Credit Union
