Over the past two weeks, Jason Smith, our Business Development Officer has been out on the road visiting Brighton & Hove Buses depots across the region as part of our ongoing Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme partnership.
Our visits took us to bus garages in Whitehawk, Hove, Brighton, Newhaven, Ringmer, Copthorne and Crawley, giving us the opportunity to meet drivers and staff face-to-face and discuss an issue that affects everyone – financial wellbeing.
We believe that financial resilience is just as important as physical and mental wellbeing so during our visits, we spoke with employees about managing their money effectively, building savings habits, preparing for unexpected expenses, and accessing affordable financial support when needed.
