Our mobile banking app makes it even easier to access our services, take control of your account and apply for loans, wherever you are.
If you have already registered for our new secure member area on the website, you can use the same credentials for the mobile banking app. If not, you will need to create a new password following these instructions:
Click the ‘Forgotten your password’ button
Complete the details on the screen.
An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent within 20 mins. Please check your junk folder if you have not received it as sometimes that’s where it ends up!
If any of your supplied details do not match our database, we will need to carry out additional security checks which may take longer.

With the new app you can:
- Login using biometrics that are enabled on your phone (fingerprint or face)
- Apply for a loan
- Check your Savings & Loan account balances
- Transfer money to your bank account – free of charge for same day requests received before 3pm
- Add & remove external bank accounts
- Upload documents e.g. change of address, change of name, etc
- Review and update your personal information
- Update your marketing preferences
- Request a statement
- Send us a secure message
