Wave Community Bank is a Living Wage Employer.
We are a Living Wage employer paying our employees at least the Living Wage for outside London. Employees receiving the Living Wage will see it increase annually in line with the Living Wage recommendation.

The office remains closed to the public however our phones are open Monday to Friday between 9.30am-1.00pm and we continue to monitor our emails between 9.30am to 4.00pm
