Wes joined the Board of the Wave Community Bank at the end of 2020, and brings a vast amount of financial and banking knowledge to the team. He has worked for Lloyds Banking Group within Retail Underwriting for over 20 years, covering both Secured and Unsecured personal lending products. In his current role, Wes is responsible for the overall quality of lending decisions across the department, ensuring customers receive the best possible outcomes including vulnerable customers, whilst lending responsibly and in line with regulation and current FCA guidance. Wes’s credit control experience will be a huge asset to the Wave Community Bank and he looks forward to working closely with us in this area.
