Pride Month is celebrated in June every year and is about celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, using the time to reflect on past struggles and looking at ways that we can improve diversity and inclusivity in the future.
Wave Community Banks values the diversity of our staff, volunteers and members and is always looking for ways to work with local community groups to help make financial services available to everyone regardless of sexual orientation, and we are proud to celebrate Pride Month with you.
You will see our Pride logo feature on many of our campaigns this month to help raise awareness and celebrate.
