We’re pleased to say all our systems are now back up and running normally and we have caught up with all transactions. Today’s withdrawals will be with members by 5pm.

Thank you for your patience whilst we have been working to resolve our system issues. We have now applied a fix to the main problem and we are working to update members account balances. Please bear with us as this will take most of the day.
If you were expecting a deposit into your account but it is not showing yet and you need to make a withdrawal – please send us a message and we’ll do all we can to help you.
Loan applications are being processed as usual.
