Our payment provider, allpay, has announced an important update to its digital services. This includes the closure of the allpay app and the allpay Internet Payments portal, which will be replaced by a new, improved service called allpayments.
What’s happening?
The allpay app and Internet Payments portal will be closing on Monday 11 May 2026.
These services are being brought together into a single, more modern platform—allpayments—designed to make managing your payments simpler and more convenient.
What is allpayments?
allpayments is allpay’s new digital payment platform, combining a mobile app and online portal into one easy-to-use service.
It offers a more streamlined experience across devices, whether you’re using a mobile phone, tablet or computer, with improved usability and faster payments.
What this means for you
If you currently use the allpay app or the allpay Internet Payments portal, you will need to switch to the new allpayments service to continue making payments online.
To keep making payments digitally, you can:
- Download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Or use the allpayments web portal at www.new.allpayments.net
You can log in using your existing allpay username and password, and your details will transfer automatically once you sign in.
Please note: this is not an update to the existing app. The allpay app will close, and you will need to download the new allpayments app separately.
What if you don’t use online payments?
If you don’t currently use allpay’s digital services, there’s nothing you need to do.
You can continue to use your usual payment methods. If you would like to explore a simple digital option in the future, allpayments is available to all members.
