21st-27th March 2022 marks Debt Awareness Week, organised by Step Change, which is an annual campaign that aims to put problem debt and free advice on the agenda.
This aim of the week is to encourage people around you to start the conversation to talk about debt as we know how difficult this is for so many people.
Once other people open up to you about how much debt they have, there are many places where you can send them to for help and one of those is your local credit union such as Wave Community Bank.
