Recently, our Financial Wellbeing Support Officer – affectionately known as Money Tracy – had the pleasure of supporting two inspiring events celebrating wellbeing and recognition within the NHS community.
At St Richard’s Hospital, Tracy was invited to the official opening of the new “Oasis” staff wellbeing room – a peaceful space created to support NHS workers’ mental health. She was pictured with Jane Mitchell from the Staff Psychological Support Team and George Findlay, celebrating the Trust’s commitment to caring for those who care for others.
“The Oasis room is such a brilliant idea,” said Tracy. “It’s a reminder that small spaces can have a big impact on staff wellbeing.”
Tracy also attended the Trust’s Staff Star Awards, held at The Pavilion in Worthing. She joined Kelly from the wellbeing team and several Trust Ambassadors for an evening that brought together around 250 staff members to celebrate individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond over the past year.
“It was a privilege to be part of such a heartfelt event,” Tracy said. “It’s clear just how much pride, teamwork, and compassion exists within the NHS.”
Tracy continues to provide confidential, one-to-one financial wellbeing support to NHS staff across the region – helping people navigate money worries with practical advice and a listening ear.
