We’re delighted to announce our latest partnership with Oakdown House & Carricks Brook, respected residential care homes in Burwash Common & Dallington. This new collaboration brings our Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme to their dedicated team of employees – furthering our mission to strengthen financial wellbeing across East Sussex, Kent, Medway, and the London Borough of Bexley.
About Oakdown House & Carricks Brook
Established in 1986, Oakdown House provides care and support for up to 40 adults with learning disabilities, across five independent units nestled within five acres of beautiful countryside. Carricks Brook opened in 2009 providing support to 12 adults with autism and learning disabilities. Their approach is rooted in person-centred care, with staff working closely with residents to support independence, inclusion, and individual fulfilment. Oakdown House and Carricks Brook are more than care homes – they are vibrant, supportive communities that value the wellbeing of both residents and staff.
A Partnership Built on Shared Values
Wave Community Bank have always believed in the power of financial confidence. Through our partnership with Oakdown House & Carricks Brook, employees now have access to Chorus, our ethical payroll-based savings and loans scheme. With access to affordable loans, savings options, and financial education, Chorus makes it easier for staff to build financial resilience – helping to reduce stress, manage debt, and feel more in control of their money.
What’s more, it’s all made simple through payroll deduction – making saving as easy as getting paid.
“Oakdown House and Carricks Brook are excited to be joining the Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme, providing our valued staff team with access to the great range of benefits they offer. As an ethical financial services provider, we are delighted to be partnering with Chorus, an organisation that shares our values” said Mike Derrick Managing Director of Oakdown House Ltd
