As a member of Wave Community Bank, you’re not just a customer – you’re a co-owner. That’s one of the things that makes a credit union different.
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year to give members the opportunity to hear how Wave Community Bank has performed, see our annual accounts, ask questions and vote on important matters affecting the credit union.
This year’s AGM takes place online on Thursday 24th September at 6.15pm, and we’d love our members to join us.
What is the AGM?
The AGM brings members together to hear about the work of Wave Community Bank over the past year and look ahead to the future.
Our annual accounts will be presented to members, alongside reports and other important information about the credit union. Members also have the opportunity to vote on relevant matters, including the election of Board members, and submit questions.
As a member-owned organisation, your involvement really does matter.
Why should I attend?
Wave Community Bank exists for the benefit of its members rather than external shareholders or investors. The AGM is your opportunity to find out more about the organisation you co-own and have your say.

- Find out more about the difference we are making for our members and communities

Join us online
We serve members across a wide geographical area, so our 2026 AGM will be held online, making it easy to take part wherever you are.
You will need to register in advance for the meeting. Once registered, you’ll receive the information you need to join us online.
