Our Financial Wellbeing Support Officer, Tracy Cox-Horton, has completed a year of supporting NHS workers in University Hospitals Sussex NHS Trust and we wanted to share the success of this amazing project with our members,
Tracy’s work has covered a wide range of support for the staff at the trust, from one-to-one money management and budgeting support to running sessions for migrant nurses on understanding money in the UK including understanding your payslip, opening bank accounts and applying for credit.
Tracy has also helped with staff retention and getting people back to work from sick leave, by supporting them to manage their finances better and reduce stress.
