We are working on our server on 21st February, when there will be some interruption to our normal service.
- WCB members will be able to request withdrawals via online banking and telephone as usual on 21st February but balances will not be updated on accounts until 22nd February
- Any deposits or loan repayments for WCB accounts received on 21st February will be credited on 22nd February and these funds will be accessible from 1pm on 22nd February
Our telephone lines will be open 09:30am until 1:00pm if you need to talk to our member services team on 0300 303 3188. We anticipate our telephone lines will be busy so please be patient if you cannot get straight through to us.
We will be processing loan applications as usual.
