It’s thanks to the National Lottery funding that we, like many others around the UK, are able to shine a light on local communities by using their funding to help others.
The funding that we have received from the Lottery goes into supporting our Help Points that we are now able to run in 3 different towns across East Sussex. Each of them is placed in local community hubs to help people face to face with budgeting and accessing financial services where people are.
Our Help Points are open to everyone and you don’t need to make an appointment – just drop in when you can and speak to a member of staff who is there to help you.
With the increase in energy costs and the cost of living crisis, these Help Points have become a lifeline for many local people and are often the only time when residents are able to speak face to face to a bank that puts it’s members first.
