What a truly lovely evening it was at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Awards! Jennifer Sutton, Community Engagement Officer for Kent, represented Wave Community Bank and collect the Excellence in Customer Service Award from Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce at their gala dinner on Thursday 20th November.
Jennifer emphasised that this award truly belongs to the whole operational team. The individuals who deal with members every single day are the real superstars— including Becky Tomkins in the Maidstone office, who supports members directly. Jennifer feels very lucky to work alongside such an amazing group of people who genuinely put members and the community first. It was very much a team effort from everyone who serves Wave’s members.
