Each year Wave Community Bank asks our members to complete a Member Satisfaction Survey so that we can ensure we are performing well and doing everything possible to improve and support our members.
The results from the survey are then monitored to see where any improvements should be made and in order for us to do this it’s important that we back from as many members as possible.
